Delivery Areas We offer floral delivery within our designated service areas. Delivery fees may vary depending on distance, location, order size, and the level of service required.
Delivery Timeframes Customers may select an available delivery date and, when applicable, a preferred delivery time window. While we make every effort to accommodate specific timing requests, exact delivery times cannot always be guaranteed due to traffic, weather, venue access, and the nature of floral deliveries.
Recipient Availability Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and ensuring that the recipient or an authorized person is available to receive the flowers. For deliveries to businesses, hotels, residences, hospitals, or event venues, appropriate delivery instructions should be provided at the time of ordering.
Unable to Complete Delivery If the recipient is unavailable, our delivery team may contact the recipient or customer for further instructions. Additional delivery fees may apply if a second delivery attempt is required.
Special Deliveries Large arrangements, weddings, corporate orders, events, installations, and luxury floral services may require specialized delivery, handling, setup, or additional fees. These details will be discussed and confirmed with the client before delivery.
Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances We reserve the right to adjust delivery times when circumstances such as severe weather, road closures, emergencies, or other conditions outside of our control affect our ability to safely complete a delivery.
Order Accuracy Customers are responsible for providing the correct recipient name, address, phone number, and delivery instructions. We cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
